Rotary cage dryer functions to shape and dry soft capsules so that water content in the new gelatin shell can meet the requirement. Each rotary cage is equipped with two fans which feature high airflow capacity under the centralized design; each rotary cage can rotate independently in both the forward and reverse direction, with speed adjustable under frequency conversion; modes of cage control fall into PLC-based automatic control that occurs when the cage is connected to the host machine for shaping purposes, and manual control that occurs when the cage independently operates for pre-drying purposes.
