Working procedure:
Through the setting program (adjustable program), the CIP cleaning system will automatically configure the cleaning liquid, and the pneumatic control valve, conveying pump and reflux pump will complete the whole cleaning process of cleaning liquid transportation, reflux cycle cleaning, discharge and recovery. Automatic monitoring and control are realized by online conductivity detector, online TOC, PAC and industrial touch screen computer. The CIP system can be designed as mobile or stationary according to customer requirements, and can also be provided in single and multiple tank designs.
