Equipment overview

The bottle feeding conveyor belt sends the containers need to be inspected to the bottle feeding wheel for equidistant separation, and then sends the containers to the conveying screw via the bottle feeding twisting channel for turning over.

After the container is turned by 90°, it reaches the different inspection stations in a horizontal state. The inspection is composed of multiple stations, which can detect different positions according to user requirements, and finally pass the rejection mechanism to automatically separate qualified and unqualified products.

It can be used by single machine and also linked with the production line, to realize automatic online detection of the detected container one by one.

It can detect ultra-fine microcracks and micropores that cannot be detected by traditional methods.

Due to the low energy and short time loaded on the container to be inspected, the qualified medicine is in an insulated state when passing through the inspection area, and the inspection voltage has no side effects on the liquid of the medicine, realizing non-destructive inspection of the container and medicine.

There is no direct contact between the detection electrode and the drug, and the drug will not be contaminated.

One equipment can be applied to the production of various specifications and containers by changing the mold. Containers such as ampoules, vials, and oral liquid bottles can be detected in one machine, which improves the utilization rate of the equipment.
