The WinCK series tank weighing module is made of all stainless steel, which can meet the high requirements of industrial occasions such as pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry. It can easily change the reactor, tank, vessel, storage hopper, etc. into weighing hoppers, and monitor the changes in the material level in real time. Count the consumption of raw materials in each process to achieve lean production.
WinCK-FWC is used for static storage weighing, WinCK-CWC is used for dynamic agitated storage weighing, WinCK-UW is used for small-capacity high-precision batching, WinCK-GW is used for large-capacity silo materials detection.
Compared with traditional level gauges, the non-contact and high-precision characteristics of weighing method level detection solves the problem of inaccurate level detection and false triggering caused by material tilting and dust at the bottom of the powder hopper, ensured the high reliability of process in the industry production system.
