Applications:

1. Online slicing

1). The cooked meat, fish, and cheese that need to be sliced fall into the conveyor line after being sliced
2). One section of the conveyor line is an independent weighing platform installed with a weighing module
3). After the slices are weighed on the weighing table, the slice weight is obtained
4). The slice weight is fed back to the control system, and the slice thickness is adjusted in real time according to the weight deviation value
5). Complete product quality control so that every slice is qualified


2. Online checkweighing

1). The weight of the objects after manual packaging and automatic packaging is guaranteed to be qualified
2). The package is weighed by the conveyor platform with the checkweighing module installed
3). Qualified products with a weight within the range of ±2g pass normally
4). Products whose weight exceeds the range of ±2g are rejected by the checkweighing module
5). The checkweighing module outputs unqualified signals directly to control cylinders and other elimination mechanisms


3. Online sorting/classification

1). Classification according to the weight of the product, such as too light, qualified, or too heavy
2). Classify according to the weight of the product, for example, the class interval is 2g, and the class level is 1~16
3). The object is weighed through the conveying table that equipped with a checkweighing module
4). The weighing module can provide three levels of signals: too light, qualified, and too heavy
5). More weighing levels need to add corresponding digital output control units



4. Quantitative filling&feeding

1). Rough filling in advance (volume filling) to ensure production efficiency
2). The pre-filled product is weighed online, and the difference is obtained by comparing it with the filling target value
3). Set the difference value as the target value of the next fine filling (volume filling) for precise filling to ensure product accuracy

 

5. Gross weight and net weight filling

1). Eliminate the influence of container weight, such as the differences of glass bottles are very large
2). The first weighing station tests the empty capacity weight, the latter weighing station tests the full capacity weight, and the difference is the net weight
3). According to the difference of net weight, unqualified products will be rejected at the back end
4). It is also possible to install a filling module under each filling station, and the filling module can automatically measure the net weight and control the feeding size, forming real-time feedback control to complete the filling. Generally used in continuous rotary filling

7. Application: quantitative filling of powders and granules
