KNPSG pure steam generator is designed on the principle of falling film evaporation. The raw water is heated by a preheater into a buffer tank, and then by a hot water pump into an evaporator (the evaporator is heated by an external heat source) for evaporation and separation. The separated impurities are continuously discharged, the pure steam is drawn out for use, and the unevaporated material water is collected in a buffer tank and then pumped into the evaporator for evaporation and separation. The KNPSG steam generator uses advanced hot water collection cycle design, high evaporation efficiency, fast response to pure steam demand; combined with unique non-condensable gas emission technology, provides pure, heat-free steam, accord with the most strict quality requirement of sterilization steam put forward by international standard.
