Specification
KEAN Technology Equipment Company offer a whole set of automatic liquid preparation system. This liquid preparation system is used for the production of sterile preparation and biological products, such as small-volumetic injections, powder injection preparations,biological products, etc. This liquid preparation system consists of two tanks, filters and pumps.
We design complete and fully automatic modular process systems with all ancillary equipment with automatic batching, automatic
quantitative, automatic CIP and SIP. Human Machine Interface (HMI) control system is provided to fully automate the process system
with all HMI operating screens designed and installed either panel mounted or as a desktop PC.
The tank is equipped with quick connect type feeder nose, from where you can add some solid materials by advantage of magnetic
agitation, and the tank is equipped with probes for automatic monitoring temperature, dissolved oxygen and pH values. The system
is equippd with tracking batch production records, auditing, data transfer and backup.
