A. High loading probability
1. The new structure of vacuum suction base makes each hole of the module correspond to a vacuum suction column made of Silica Gel, and the hardness and elasticity of the Silica Gel are moderate, which can completely absorb the lower module hole, prevent the vacuum leakage, and achieve a better effect of separating the capsule.
2, Module cleaning station design is easy to observe, easy to clean by the needle-type brush blowing cleaning. For the powder easily stucking, the module hole is cleaned more thoroughly by blowing through the brush, the compressed air and the dust suction mouth, so as to avoid the influence of the probability on the capsule due to the residual powder in the mould hole.
