Fluid pipe iron remover, also called magnetic fluid iron remover or magnetic fluid filter, applied to fluid, semi-fluid and other different viscous fluid materials, remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles, keep the material clean, but also play a role in protecting downstream production equipment.
Points:
1, in order to adapt to a variety of different conditions, we have developed a variety of different types of fluid iron remover.
2, magnetic force can be selected from the same magnetic force frame, ordinary type (N style) up to 12000GS easy cleaning type (E style) 8000GS.
3, standard operating temperature ≤80℃, under special requirements, the maximum operating temperature can reach 350℃.
4, use flange, clamp, bolt plate or quick release clip design, easy to install, remove and clean the magnetic parts.
5, pipe material is 304 or 316L stainless steel optional.
6, reasonable structure design, to ensure the best iron removal effect at the same time, does not hinder the flow of materials.
7, pressure use requirements or other special requirements, according to customer requirements.
