The machine has the advantages of small volume, beautiful design, adjustable machine height and inclination, and can be connected with any model of capsule filling machine. It truly realizes real-time production and real-time polishing, and improves polishing quality and production efficiency.

During operation, the machine can automatically sort out the capsules with slight loading, empty capsules, fragments and body cap separation, and the sorting process complies with GMP requirements.

The main shaft is equipped with a clamping drum brush and a detachable bearing. During cleaning, the brush and bearing can be disassembled without falling off.

Stainless steel materials meeting the requirements of drug production are selected in the drug polishing room, and quick connecting parts are selected for the assembly of the whole machine, which makes the disassembly and assembly of the machine more convenient and the cleaning more thorough.

The machine is equipped with man-machine safety protection device, and the motor speed is controlled by the frequency converter. The machine can run continuously and bear large starting torque.
