1.Introduction：
The equipment is mainly composed of heating station, forming station, heat sealing station, feeding station, blanking station and electrical control cabinet. PVC (ALU / ALU) belt is formed by compressed air blow molding (ALU / Alu is cold pressing) at the forming station through the heating station and the forming mould. The PVC (ALU / ALU) belt is pulled by the feeding station and the drug particles are distributed in the "manual blanking station". The aluminum foil belt is hot pressed on the PVC (ALU / ALU) belt through the heat sealing station, the drug particles are sealed in the formed PVC (ALU / ALU) belt, and cut into the required plates at the blanking station.
The equipment can also be added：
（a）Micropore detection is used for damage inspection of Alu / Alu strip after cold pressing;
(b)Visual inspection can be added to check the defect of grain cloth;
(c) A detection and identification device can be installed to make damage marks on the coated Alu belt of PVC (ALU / ALU) belt, and manually pick out the medicine plate that fails to pass the micropore detection or visual detection.
2.Function: It is used for laboratory testing of ALU-PVC and Double ALU packaging of drugs.
