1.Machine Performance Overview
Hard Capsule Liquid Sealing Machine is a brand-new hard capsule sealing equipment independently developed after several years research, and it has independent intellectual property rights and a number of invention patents. The equipment is suitable for gluing and sealing the filled hard capsules (liquid, particle, powder, etc.), so that the products are always sealed in the process of packaging, storage and transportation. 1.1 The equipment adopts HMI control system.
1.2 The sealing mechanism adopts servo motor lifting device, which can jog up and down and fine tune the rubber wheel to achieve the best effect of sealing liquid layer.
1.3 The sealing tank is designed as a sealing structure and equipped with a heating and insulation system to ensure the viscosity of the glue and effectively prolong the glue adding cycle.
1.4 The drying and curing mold of the finished product adopts suspension and free rotation structure, which effectively improves the disassembly, unloading and cleaning time.

Capsule introduction mechanism |
The capsule introduction mechanism has the functions of automatic capsule guidance, optical fiber detection in the capsule storage plate, high and low positions of the capsule to control the speed synchronization of the host and auxiliary machines in real time.

The lifting sealing rubber table adopts servo motor control system and sealed rubber liquid storage, which can effectively prevent the rubber liquid from evaporating in the air. There is no thermal insulation device in it. The temperature can be adjusted to make the rubber liquid reach the best sealing state. The double rubber wheel secondary gluing technology is adopted to improve the complete sealing effect of the sealing part. |

After sealing, the capsule is introduced into the drying mold. During air drying and curing, the capsule in the free hanging drying mold hole is always in a face-up state and moves back and forth in a snake shape. At the same time, it is easy to disassemble in terms of mold specification replacement and cleaning.

The finished product discharge bin is provided with 12 equally divided limit rings. When the drying die moves to the limit ring, the free hanging type is changed into the fixed clamping type, so that the drying die of each unit rotates 360 degrees, the finished product is exported and falls into the discharge bin, and 6 air blowing pipes are added to prevent the finished product from remaining in the die.
