Biosafety Sealed Value
Biosafety sealed value is an electric switch for controlling air supply and exhaust duct. It is often used for airflow isolation in dangerously contaminated environments, such as nuclear power plants and high-hazard biological laboratories. This kind of closed valve is mainly used for disinfection of bag-in-bag-out filter and shutdown of ventilation duct of biosafety 3 and 4 laboratories, so as to facilitate room disinfection.The products are divided into two types: air flow blocking type and air volume control type. At the same time the shape is also divided into circular valve and square valve two. The specific size can be customized according to the actual air volume requirements and the actual layout of the site.

When the working pressure of biosafety closed valve is no less than plus or minus 2500Pa in the initial working state, the hourly leakage rate is no more than 0.25% of the net volume of the device.
After starting and closing the valve for 5000 times, the working pressure is not less than plus or minus 2500Pa, and the positive and negative working pressure is still guaranteed to be free from leakage within at least 60min.
