Biological air tight door consists of door frame, door panel, inflatable gaskets and controls for the inflation and deflation of the door seals. The inflatable gaskets are around the socket of the frame. When the door closes, the gasket inflates and the space between door panel and door frame will be fulfilled with air, thus the door will be tight locked.

Design：
Biological air tight door has very high quality in terms of airtight. There are two types of door panel: 1) stainless steel with solderless joint technology 2) Phenolic resin structure. The gasket is made up from high density Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer (EPDM). The EPDM is preventive of erosion from Formaldehyde, vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide and Chlorine Dioxide Gas. The inflatable airtight door can be used independently or be used interlocked with other airtight doors. It is safety and reliable. This type of door is broadly used for inside applications such as labs, sterile rooms and clean rooms.
