Machine performance introduction
1. Bag length adjustment
* PLC control, independent servo motor drive.
* The bag length is convenient to adjust, only need to input the number on the man-machine interface to automatically change the bag, and the adjustment speed only needs 3 bags.
2. Longitudinal sealing
The longitudinal seal adopts a ring-shaped edge closing structure, which has more stable film edge closing, better edge closing effect, convenient and simple adjustment, and simpler maintenance.
3. Horizontal seal embossed part
The horizontal seal embossed back seal side adopts high-temperature silica gel and bronzing plate structure for better sealing effect and clearer texture, and the product quality and packaging effect are more advanced.
4. Take the film part
This model is specially equipped with a film damping mechanism to ensure the stability of the straightness and tension of the film, thereby greatly improving the flatness and aesthetics of the bag shape. It has strong adaptability to packaging materials, the machine has automatic control function for sealing temperature, and the control accuracy is high (about ±3C°).
