1. Working principles

2. Machine features

(3) Using advanced photoelectric sensor control, can accurately determine the length of cutting strip, and the drug head is short, reduce the occurrence of waste pills and drug waste, waste pills and finished products automatically shunt, saving manpower.
(4) Feeder adopts rotary design, which is easy to clean and maintain.
(5) Transmission mechanism adopts magnetic wheel transmission, transmission stability, mute, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
(6) Pushing fork and cutting knife surface Teflon treatment, set up alcohol circulation system, effectively prevent bonding, tail-flick phenomenon and improve alcohol utilization.
(7) Adjustable feeding device to reduce the pill deformation caused by the high height difference between the ball making roller and the delivery belt.
(8) Whole machine power 7.33Kw, energy consumption is small 2.64Kw. smaller than peers
(9) Integrated electronic control box design, users only access power lines, production site does not need to connect other lines, easy to transport and maintenance.
