(2) PLC and touch screen operation control system, with variable frequency control. Adopt Imported high-quality detecting sensors in order that no bottle without filling, no bottle without plugging.
(3) There is no dripping, splashing and foaming during filling.
(4) The manipulator is positioned to take and loading the plugs.
(5) The special cone funnel rectifying function ensures that the plugger suction tube is accurately aligned with the center of the bottle mouth.
(6) One machine is suitable for filling, plugging and capping of different size of bottles of several specifications. It only needs to change the extra specification parts.
(7) Parts in contact with liquid are made of 316 materials, and other exposed parts are mainly 304 stainless steel.
(8) The capping head is equipped with overload and slip protection to ensure that the nozzle is tightened without damaging the nozzle.
