operational principle:Because bottles and pills will produce cumulative error, after the dynamic check scale accuracy verification, often cannot accurately weigh more or less, even before and after the tank site each has a dynamic check peeling verification, when the particle weight is small (such as dozens of milligrams), the speed of the production line will cause the actual weighing accuracy than the nominal accuracy, also easy to cause missing or more can not accurate verification.
Not only that, when there are two dynamic check scales between several tank mouth, if in one of the filling mouth bottle, bottle, dispensing and other abnormal situation, the operator will conduct manual interference, if this artificial interference behavior is not automatically recorded by the system (it is difficult to absolutely avoid), will occur detection signal and eliminate signal dislocation, resulting in product error or leakage.
The CW40 precision weighing system independently developed by our company uses the servo motor to drive the star wheel to static weigh the empty and full bottles before and after the bottle. The static weighing accuracy is ± 0.01g. Once the bottled accuracy is found (<0.01%), the outlet of the filling mouth is removed. When a filling mouth is not continuously allowed (although the whole system will have an alarm shutdown for investigation when this probability is low).
The system adopts the German MBN weighing module, designed as an independent weighing platform. It statically weighs each empty bottle and full bottle intermittently. The system automatically calculates the net weight of each bottle and automatically removes it without being up to standard, thus realizing the net weight weighing of each bottle of product.
