XKG continuous filling and capping/crimping machine is a full-automatic filling and capping equipment that our company absorbs the advanced experience of similar equipment and has continuously improved for many years. The whole machine can automatically complete the processes of bottle inlet, quantitative filling, capping and bottle outlet. After the bottles enter the bottle-feeding conveyor belt, the bottles are sent to the machine one by one by the bottle-feeding conveyor belt, and then the screw auger sends the bottles to the nylon equal tray one by one; Then the bottle rotates continuously with the aliquot plate. At the filling turntable, the ceramic pump rotates synchronously with the bottle to complete the filling action in the tracking process; In the capping area, the cam controls the capping head, then follows the bottle, turns while rolling, and finally goes out of the aliquot plate, enters the bottle outlet track and sends it out of the machine to enter the next process.
