A structural principle:
The pellet dryer is composed of rotating drum, transmission mechanism, wind chamber, blower, heater, cyclone separator, air filter, electrical control system, temperature and humidity transmitter and other parts.
The equipment uses a blower to pass clean air through a heater, heat the air to the temperature required by the process, and blow it into the air chamber. The hot air passes through the small holes of the rotating drum and the material in the rotating drum to carry out sufficient heat and mass transfer, so that the material can be dried in a short time. A fresh air replenishment valve is installed at the entrance, and a humid air release valve is installed at the outlet of the blower to adjust the temperature and humidity in the circulation system. The hot air circulation system makes full use of waste heat to improve thermal efficiency.
The rotating drum is made of an orifice plate with small holes. The rotating drum can perform forward and reverse movement under the drive of a transmission mechanism. The number of rotations of the rotating drum can be adjusted at will. The material enters the rotating drum from one end of the rotating drum. There is a material guide plate inside, and the dried material is discharged from the other end of the drum under the function of the material guide plate.
